Where else can you shoot soccer in late October in shorts and 80 degree weather? Got out with Bryan Crowe and Matt Brown yesterday afternoon for some women's D1 soccer. The Titans easily handled UC Davis with a 4-1 win.

SEAL BEACH, Calif. - This one is very close to home... I stopped by this afternoon to pay my respects. Three days after the deadliest shooting in Seal Beach history, many are still remembering the eight people and families whose lives were lost.

For the 2011 season, the Toros have a new head coach, Jennifer Adeva. Adeva is a Southern California native who coached at her alma mater Cal State Fullerton in 2006. She has a tough task in front of her of overhauling the program. The Toros are off to an 0-11 conference start.

This is Lana's first year in soccer. She is playing in an AYSO U8 Girls region in Huntington Beach. At the time of this game, the Ladybugs were 4-0.

DH Toros soccer
The CSUDH men's team is also struggling a little but just came off a five game winning streak. At 8-3-1 overall, they are still in contention for the CCAA title.

Toros Women's Soccer
The 2011 Cal State Dominguez Hills women's soccer team has had an up and down season with a lot of close decisions. Their current record of 6-5-1 does not do them justice.

As previously mentioned, Jessica's soccer team is named Pure Insanity. Our coach is fantastic and is teaching the girls some great fundamentals. Here's some action shots from the season so far.
