(July, 2020) - These are some images I captured during the month from a selection of different cameras and lenses. Cameras include the Sony A9, Sony A7R3, Leica M and the Ricoh GR3. The variety of lenses include the Sony 200-600mm, Samyang 90mm f/1.4, Leica Summicron 90mm, Voigtlander 50mm f/1.2, Minolta Rokkor 58mm f/1.2 and the Zeiss 35mm f/1.4. Thanks as always for checking them out.

The Fourth

(July 4, 2020) - With Covid-19 shutting down all the firework shows this year, everyone was forced to hang at home and light local fireworks. I sat out with the Leica M and the 90mm Summicron and manually shot these firework photos. Because it was dark, I had wait until the firework started so I could focus.

Peregrine Falcons

SAN PEDRO, Calif. (July, 2020) - These images are from the week before they left the nest area along the cliffs. The dad was still feeding the fledglings. The following weekend they were gone.

90mm Summicron

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. (July, 2020) - Images from my first Leica lens the 90mm Summicron. Overall it is a little hard to pull focus. Luckily I have an EVF so it makes it a little easier. Here's some images.

Foxes

SAN PEDRO, Calif. (July, 2020) -  There is one remaining family of red foxes living along the shores of Point Fermin Park in San Pedro. They are pretty hard to spot, but I finally got a glimpse of a couple of them. Also in the park is a beautiful Moreton Bay Fig tree.
